All Items are made to order. Made personaly by us in our workshop in beautiful Sonoma County California. Such as the nature of cutom work, orders make take upto two weeks to ship out. But we strive to get everthing out in 3-5 Days.

Your order is custom hand made. If you cancel your order and your order has been manufactured, but not shipped, we will issue store credit less twenty five percent restocking charges. Special orders and supplied fabric orders cannot be canceled.

These products are hand made so dimensions may very just slightly. If you have any questions or are unclear about size please contact us before ordering.

Fabric pictures are for reference only. The actual fabric color may vary. The color settings on your computer are probably different than ours. This can result in color hues and saturations appearing different on your screen. Fabric colors also vary from the mills, sometimes with each dye lot. If color matching is critical please call to order fabric samples. You may also send us your fabric to work with.

If your order has obvious shipping damage please file a claim with the carrier notify us immediately.

It's very rare that we ship the wrong product. If we do of course we will correct it at no cost to you. If we shipped the size and color you ordered but you would like to return the product anyway contact us within 10 days of receiving the order. Returned merchandise must be new and unused. For health and safety reasons we can not accept returns for used merchandise with no exceptions. If your return request is accepted we will issue store credit for the value of the product less twenty five percent restocking costs. The store credit will be applied to exchange for any of our products. We do not issue refunds.


Our warranty is simple.
We provide the most comfortable dog bed available anywhere and the bed will not sag or flatten, GUARANTEED.

Here are the particulars.
Our dog beds are made of the best AMERICAN MADE memory foam and support foams. All dog beds including our dog furniture with memory foam cushions are guaranteed to retain at least 90% of their comfort and shape. If your dog is under 100 pounds our 4" thick cushions will perform as stated. If your dog is over 100 pounds use our 6" thick or more. Max Comfort warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace any defective product.

Any product subject to abuse, neglect, negligence, accident, shipping damage or misuse. Covers are warranted for one year against defects. Covers are not warranted against chewing, scratching or direct sunlight and are not recommended for destructive dogs. Max Comfort's liability is limited to repair or replacement at our option. Shipping charges are not included.

Bottom line.
Our use of only the finest materials available means your dogs bed will be the most comfortable available and it will not sag or flatten when used for the intended purpose, a dogs bed. This bed will perform marvelously, even by a 200 pound dog for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are not indestructible and are not represented as such. The covers and the foam can be destroyed if chewed, scratched, pawed, or otherwise misused. With normal use it's expected to replace the covers every few years. Some of our cover materials will last much longer.
